Orders & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely using industry-standard encryption. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of purchase, before they enter our fulfillment process. After that, the order cannot be changed. If you need to make changes, please contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.

Do you offer payment plans?

We currently don't offer payment plans, but we do accept all major payment methods for your convenience. Keep an eye on our newsletter for seasonal promotions and discounts. If you have questions about payment options, feel free to contact us.

Can I get an invoice for my order?

Yes! An invoice is automatically sent to your email address after your order is confirmed. You can also download your invoice from your account dashboard at any time. If you need a duplicate invoice or have questions about your order, contact our customer service team.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. We provide a prepaid return label for your convenience. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

How do I start a return?

To initiate a return, log into your account and select the order you wish to return. Follow the return process to print your prepaid shipping label. Pack your item securely and drop it off at any shipping location. You'll receive email updates as your return is processed.

Can I exchange items instead of returning?

Absolutely! Exchanges are free and easy. If you'd like a different size, color, or style, simply start a return and note your exchange preference. We'll process your exchange and ship the new item to you. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping costs vary based on your location and order value. We offer free shipping on orders over €100 within Europe. For orders under €100, standard shipping starts at €8. Express shipping options are also available at checkout. International shipping rates are calculated based on destination.

Standard shipping within Europe typically takes 5-7 business days. Express shipping takes 2-3 business days. International orders may take 10-14 business days depending on customs clearance. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

How do I wash merino wool?

Wash your merino pieces in cool water (below 30°C) using a gentle cycle or hand wash. Use a mild detergent specifically designed for wool or delicate fabrics. Avoid bleach and fabric softeners. We recommend washing inside out to protect the surface of the garment.

How should I dry merino pieces?

Never use a dryer for merino wool. Instead, gently squeeze out excess water and lay flat to dry on a clean, dry surface away from direct heat and sunlight. This preserves the integrity of the fibers and prevents shrinkage. Drying typically takes 24-48 hours.

How often should I wash merino?

One of the best features of merino is that it requires less frequent washing than other fabrics. Thanks to its natural odor-resistance, you can typically wear merino pieces 5-7 times before washing. This extends the life of your garments and reduces environmental impact.

How do I remove stains from merino?

For fresh stains, rinse immediately with cool water. For set-in stains, soak the area in cool water with a small amount of mild detergent for 15-30 minutes before washing. Is merino wool itchy?

No, MERIKNOWS merino wool is exceptionally soft and non-itchy. Our merino fibers are ultra-fine (around 17-19 microns), making them much softer than traditional wool. Most customers find our merino pieces incredibly comfortable to wear directly against the skin.

How does merino regulate temperature?
